About Emily

Emily Ricks is a life coach, podcast host, LDS mom of four, and recovering perfectionist. She knows firsthand that parenting teenagers can be both wonderful and wildly challenging. She helps moms understand what’s happening in their own minds, let go of the things they can’t control, and build stronger relationships with their teens.

With coaching certifications from both The Life Coach School and the Christian Coach Institute, Emily combines practical coaching tools with a faith-centered approach to help moms experience more peace, confidence, and connection—even when their teens make choices they wouldn’t choose for them.

When she’s not coaching or recording her podcast, Emily loves singing, hiking, spending time with her family, and a good conversation about why humans do the things they do.
