    [For this presentation, each member of your group will take a brief personality assessment ahead of time, using a pre-paid code that I email to each person. When I come, I’ll give you an overview of DISC to help you better understand yourself and others, and then arm you with several specific tools that will help you apply what you’ve learned to your relationships at work and at home.

  • Introduction to Thought Work and Self-Coaching
    Learn the 4 foundational skills of self-coaching, so you can train your brain to think thoughts that align with how you want to feel, how you want to show up, and what you want to create in your life.

    Skill #1: Separate Circumstances From Thoughts
    Skill #2: Give Your Thoughts “Product Reviews”
    Skill #3: Clarify What You Want To Create
    Skill #4: Shop For New Thoughts that Align with the Results You Desire
