You’ve been trying to hold it all together.

But it keeps leaking out in quiet tears, angry words, and overwhelming guilt.

You don’t want to yell.
You don’t want to feel resentful.
You don’t want to snap over spilled Cheerios or bedtime stalling or the half finished art project on the kitchen table.

But here you are again. Tense. Tired. Trapped in your own thoughts.

You’re aware of your self-talk. You’ve read the books. You’ve maybe even tried therapy. But something still feels off. Like the shame is louder than the support.

Maybe you've unpacked the past. Maybe you've named the patterns.

But today, you need someone who can sit with you in the present, and help you think something new.

Private Life Coaching
for Moms

Gentle, honest, soul-rooted support

This isn’t hustle coaching.
This isn’t spiritual perfectionism wrapped in a Bible verse.

This is deep mindset work guided by truth, grace, and faith.
So you can stop feeling like you're behind in your own life.

Imagine if…

  • You could interrupt the spiral before it snowballs

  • You spoke to yourself like someone you actually like

  • You stopped tying your worth to your to-do list

  • You stopped yelling. Not because you got perfect, but because you finally felt calm inside

  • You started actually believing what God says about you, not just knowing it in your head

That’s the work we do together.

Our conversations left me feeling… empowered to keep moving

“I was really grateful for the unique compassion and understanding Emily had in regards to my own relationship and background with God. She really helped me stay accountable in focusing on what I want while allowing me the space to go at my own pace. She helped me keep moving forward during a point of my healing when I started feeling stale. Our conversations left me feeling more hopeful, more understood, and empowered to keep moving.”

If you are anything like my clients
you might be thinking…

  • You’re used to putting everyone else first. Taking care of yourself feels like a luxury you can’t justify.
But when you’re emotionally cared for, you show up with more peace, presence, and love for the people who matter most.
This isn’t about escape. It’s about becoming the grounded, joyful version of you that’s already in there.

  • You’ve tried. You’re doing your best. But trying harder won’t quiet the noise inside.
Coaching isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you finally hear what’s already true—and learning how to think from a place of peace instead of pressure.

  • My passion is to help you apply life coaching tools to your life in a way that aligns with God's word. In our sessions, we will listen for God's voice to guide you as you think new thoughts.

  • That fear is real. But here’s the truth: change starts with one thought. One pause. One honest conversation.
You don’t need a perfect plan. You need a place to begin. Let’s start there.

Which one of these is your story?

I always feel closer to heaven because I am more open to God’s love for me and those around me.

“I feel heard by Emily-- I never feel like I have to hold back a part of me. She asks just the right questions to guide me to my own awareness and answers. By the end of the session I always feel closer to heaven because I am more open to God’s love for me and those around me. I go back to my day in a much more positive head space than what I went to the session with. This better head space allows me to be more of who I desire to be.”

FAQs

How is coaching different from therapy?

While therapy often focuses on what has happened in your past, coaching focuses on where you are and where you want to go. It’s forward-moving, faith-based, and fully personalized to what you’re carrying right now.

Is this a Christian program?

Yes. Your relationship with God isn’t something you have to explain—it’s part of the work. Coaching here is emotionally honest and spiritually aligned.

What if I miss a session?

No problem. One session can be rescheduled during the 8-week experience with 24-hour notice.

Do I need to be in crisis for this to help?

Not at all. Most of my clients are functioning moms who are just quietly tired of carrying everything alone. You don’t have to hit rock bottom to want something gentler.

How long do I keep the tools and resources?

Forever. You’ll have access to the videos, journal prompts, and any tools shared so you can return to them as needed.

You’re not too much.

You’re not too far gone. You’re not stuck forever.

You don’t need more hustle. You need more peace.
And it starts with one small shift in how you think.

Let’s do that together.
