Most people agree that love is the best feeling in the world. It feels amazing when we love others. And yet, we often put limits on our ability to love. We put conditions on when we are willing to love people and when we aren't. We think this protects us somehow. We think it keep us from getting hurt. It doesn't, though. It just keeps us from feeling love as often as we could if we wanted to. In this workshop, I'll invite you to consider what would be possible for you if you started choosing to love without conditions.
(I know...I can already hear your objections: "But what if people are mean? What if they are dishonest? What if someone betrays me? You're saying I should just love them no matter what?")
